Celstix is a web-based operations platform for restaurants, hostels and PGs, gyms, hotels and property owners. It handles billing and orders, rooms and rent collection, memberships and renewals, team roles, expenses and reports from one account, in the browser, with nothing to install.

Yes. Registering and using the core platform is free. WhatsApp Business API integration, payment gateway integration and custom integrations are optional paid services: contact us for those. You do not need to buy any integration to use the core platform.

There is no fixed public price, because each integration depends on your business and setup. Use the contact form on the contact page with what you need and we will reply with the details.

You create an account, confirm your email and set up your business. A new business starts with no modules switched on: the Celstix team enables the modules for it (restaurant, hostel, hotel or gym) and you can continue as soon as that is done. Until then you see a pending-approval screen.

Restaurants and cafés (QR ordering, kitchen tickets, billing), hostels and PGs (rooms, residents, rent), gyms (members, plans, attendance, dues) and hotels (front desk, bookings, guests, rates and bills). There is also a personal workspace for tasks, expenses and reminders.

You can sign up from anywhere because Celstix runs in a browser. Today amounts are shown in Indian rupees and restaurant bills follow GST, so the best fit is a business that operates in rupees. If you need something different, send a custom-integration request.

Staff can share receipts and reminders through WhatsApp chats they send themselves. Automatic sending through the official WhatsApp Business API is an optional paid integration: contact us to set it up.

Online payment through a payment gateway is an optional paid integration set up per business. Cash and UPI payments can be recorded in the core platform without it.

Each business is isolated from every other business, staff only see what their role allows, and uploaded files are private and opened through short-lived signed links. The privacy policy explains what we store and how to ask for deletion.

No. Celstix works in the browser on phones, tablets and laptops. Diners order from a table QR code in their own phone browser.

Yes. Invite team members and give them roles such as owner, manager or waiter, so each person sees only what they need.

There is a Hindi language option. Coverage is partial: text without a Hindi translation stays in English.
