Getting started with Celstix

What happens from sign-up to your first bill, and what to set up first for your kind of business.

Sign up

1. Create an account and confirm your email.
2. Follow the five setup steps for your business, including its type and first location.
3. Wait for the Celstix team to enable your modules. We do not publish a guaranteed time.

What to set up first

Restaurant or café

1. Add menu categories and dishes.
2. Add tables, then print QR cards from Tables & QR.
3. Place a test order and print a bill. See the QR ordering guide.

Hostel or PG

1. Add rooms with their capacity.
2. Import residents from CSV or Excel, and review the preview.
3. Run the month's rent. See the move from Excel guide.

Gym

1. Create membership plans.
2. Add members with their real end dates.
3. Start recording check-ins. See the renewals guide.

Small hotel

1. Add room types, rooms and nightly rates.
2. Check tax and hotel settings.
3. Enter your existing bookings. See the double booking guide.

Add your team

Invite staff by email and choose a role. The built-in roles are owner, manager, staff, cashier, kitchen and waiter, and each sees only what that role allows.

Free plan limits: up to 5 locations, 25 team logins, 100 restaurant tables and 300 hostel rooms per business. They exist to protect the shared service from abuse. If your business needs more, contact us.

Optional paid integrations

WhatsApp Business API, payment gateways and custom integrations are optional. You can run the core platform without them. Ask us if you need one.
